Club Registration & Player Agreement

Welcome to the TEAM!

By accepting a roster position, players acknowledge and agree to the responsibilities and commitments required by the club. Submission of registration payment confirms acceptance of all club policies, rules, and terms outlined below.


A. Club Registration – 2026 Spring Season

The registration fee includes:

  • League Fees
    Official United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) field permits and referee fees.

  • Coaching & Administration
    Coaching staff compensation and club operational expenses to ensure proper management, compliance, and player development.

  • Training Sessions
    All preseason, regular season, and postseason training sessions.

  • Photography & Videography
    Game and training footage (including VEO recording) and event photography.

  • Uniform Package 
    Training jersey, training shorts, track pants, and track jacket.
    Players are responsible for replacing lost items.

Playing Time

CLUB competes in a premier competitive and developmental environment. Playing time is not guaranteed and must be earned through performance, attendance, and coach selection.

Financial Obligation

The full registration fee remains due even if a player leaves before the season concludes. Players may not register with another UPSL club until all financial obligations are satisfied.


B. Payment Policy

  • Payments are accepted by credit card only.

  • Payment is available through ShopPay.

  • Travel expenses (lodging, meals, mileage, tolls, airfare, etc.) are not included in registration fees.


C. Right to Rescind

Players may cancel their registration within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

After 24 hours:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed.

  • The full agreed amount must be paid before transferring to another club during the season.


D. Attendance & Commitment

Players are expected to attend all trainings and games.

Excused absences may include:

  • School

  • Work

  • Religious obligations

  • Emergencies

  • Illness or injury

Players must notify the Head Coach in advance.

Unexcused absences may result in disciplinary action, including fines, suspension, or dismissal without refund.


E. Player Conduct & Discipline

Players must adhere to club and UPSL standards of professionalism at all times.

Unacceptable conduct—including threatening, insulting, intimidating, or damaging property—may result in:

  • Fines (up to $200)

  • Suspension (up to 6 months for first offense; 1 year for second offense)

  • Permanent ban for repeated violations

Physical assault of any kind will result in:

  • Immediate lifetime ban from the club

  • $500 fine

Negative or disparaging comments about the UPSL, the club, officials, or affiliates on social media may result in:

  • $500 fine

  • Suspension or removal from the team


F. Professionalism Standards

Players must wear official club training gear at all practices, games, and events. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from that session.

Players are expected to maintain a positive and professional presence on social media, as it reflects on both the player and the club.


G. Practice Schedule

Practices are held Tuesdays at 7:00 PM beginning in February through the end of the season.

All updates, cancellations, and changes will be communicated via WhatsApp.


H. Player Insurance

Players are provided secondary medical accident insurance (up to $25,000 coverage with $1,000 deductible; subject to change).

Coverage:

  • Applies during UPSL-sanctioned games, tournaments, and practices

  • Is secondary to the player’s primary insurance

  • Becomes active upon registration payment

  • Ends at completion of the UPSL Fall season
