Playing time is \u003cstrong\u003enot guaranteed\u003c\/strong\u003e and must be earned through performance, attendance, and coach selection.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eFinancial Obligation\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe full registration fee remains due even if a player leaves before the season concludes. Players may not register with another UPSL club until all financial obligations are satisfied.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003chr\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eB. Player Conduct \u0026amp; Discipline\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlayers must adhere to club and UPSL standards of professionalism at all times.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnacceptable conduct—including threatening, insulting, intimidating, or damaging property—may result in:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFines (up to $200)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSuspension (up to 6 months for first offense; 1 year for second offense)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePermanent ban for repeated violations\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePhysical assault of any kind will result in:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eImmediate lifetime ban from the club\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e$500 fine\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNegative or disparaging comments about the UPSL, the club, officials, or affiliates on social media may result in:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e$500 fine\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSuspension or removal from the team\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003chr\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eF. Professionalism Standards\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlayers must wear official club training gear at all practices, games, and events. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from that session.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlayers are expected to maintain a positive and professional presence on social media, as it reflects on both the player and the club.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003chr\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eG. Practice Schedule\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePractices are held DAY\/TIME (TBD) beginning in August through the end of the season.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll updates, cancellations, and changes will be communicated via WhatsApp.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003chr\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eH.
